Eligibility and Participation

1. Eligible Participants:

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
• Each participant is limited to one winning chance per person.

2. How to Participate:

• Request a quote through Quotes For Solar.
• Proceed with the purchase and installation through a participating solar business connected via Quotes For Solar.
• Only completed and installed systems originating through Quotes For Solar qualify for the promotion.
• The count of the 20th customer is determined per participating solar business based on the date the contract is signed. If you are the 20th customer to sign a contract, you will be confirmed as the winner only after your system is successfully installed within three months of signing.
• If you do not proceed with the full installation within three months of signing, you will forfeit your eligibility as the winner, and the next eligible participant will be selected.

Refund Limitations

• The refund will be up to a maximum size of 6.6kW or $6,000 (whichever is lower).
• If the system you purchase is less than 6.6kW or $6,000, you will receive a refund for the full price of your system only.
• If your purchased system exceeds 6.6kW or $6,000, the refund will be capped at $6,000.
• Battery installations are not included in this promotion. The refund applies only to the solar system installed and excludes any batteries.
• The refund applies only to the contracted system price, excluding Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) or any government incentives. The refund will be based solely on the system size and price as specified on the signed contract and paid by the customer.
• Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
• Refunds will be processed solely by the participating solar business responsible for the sale and installation. Quotes For Solar will not mediate or facilitate refund payments.

Winner Notification and Claim Process

• Winners will be contacted via phone.
• The participating solar business is responsible for verifying and processing the winner’s claim.
• The participating solar business will attempt to contact you over a period of 3 months from the date you are confirmed as the winner. If we cannot reach you within this time, you forfeit the refund, and the next eligible participant will be selected.
• The refund will be issued within 30 business days of the winner’s confirmation, verification, and successful communication with the solar business by phone.

Publicity and Marketing Consent

• By participating in this promotion and accepting the refund, the winner consents to Quotes For Solar publishing their first name, last name, and state for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, advertisements, and promotional materials. This consent is a condition of participating in the promotion and cannot be revoked after the refund has been issued.
• The call to the winner may be recorded by a representative of Quotes For Solar, the solar business, or their subsidiaries on speakerphone to capture the winner’s reaction. This recording may be used by Quotes For Solar for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, advertisements, and promotional videos.

1. Limited Offer:

• This promotion is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn without notice.
• Only sales facilitated through Quotes For Solar will count toward the 20th purchase for each solar business.

2. Offer Validity:

• Open only to Australian residents.
• One winning chance per person—if you win once, you cannot participate again.

3. No Liability:

• Quotes For Solar acts solely as a facilitator of the promotion and is not responsible for refund payments. Refunds are handled directly by the solar business that completes the sale and installation.
• Quotes For Solar is not involved in determining the winner or managing the refund process.
• Quotes For Solar is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures by participating solar businesses.

4. Fraudulent or Misleading Claims:

• Quotes For Solar reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Quotes For Solar reserves the right to amend, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated terms and conditions on the Quotes For Solar website.

6. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes relating to this promotion will be resolved under Australian law.

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to Quotes For Solar collecting and sharing your information with a solar expert to provide you with a quote.
• By requesting a quote, you are automatically enrolled in the promotion and agree to the general Terms of Use available on our website.
• We may contact you via phone, email, or other means with future promotional offers or updates.
• Your information will be managed according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
• We may provide your details to a solar business that is not part of the 1 in 20 promotion.
